Government scientists predict that the UK’s climate will change significantly over the next 100 years, through global warming.
Over the past 200 years the concentration of greenhouse gases (particularly carbon dioxide) in the atmosphere has increased rapidly. Using renewable energy is one method of reducing CO2 emissions, as demonstrated by sites on this trail.
